Competition Terms & Conditions — OzcorpK9 × Limbo Gym

1. Promotion Information

This promotion ("Competition") is the "OzcorpK9 x Limbo Gym Stronger Together Giveaway". The Promoter is OzcorpK9 (ABN: 29 965 264 746), of 57 Lyons Rd, Windsor Gardens SA 5087, run in commercial collaboration with Limbo Gym ("Co-Sponsor"), who has supplied part of the prize described in clause 6.

Entry is free. This is a game of skill — winners are not selected by random chance, lottery or draw.

2. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. To be eligible to win, entrants must reside within Holden Hill, Windsor Gardens, or the surrounding local suburbs listed in these Terms.
  2. Anyone who enters is equally eligible to win, regardless of whether they are a current Limbo Gym member, a former member, or not a member at all.
  3. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of OzcorpK9 and Limbo Gym are not eligible to enter.
  4. One entry per person. Where multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be counted.

3. Competition Period

Entries open Thursday 30 July 2026 and close Friday 14 August 2026 at 8:00pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST). Entries received after this time will not be considered. The winner will be determined (drawn/judged) on or shortly after 14 August 2026.

4. How to Enter

During the Competition Period, entrants must:

  • Follow the OzcorpK9 and Limbo Gym Facebook and/or Instagram pages;
  • Like the official Competition post;
  • Comment the word "TRAIN" on the official Competition post; and
  • Complete the entry form linked in the private message sent in response to their comment, including a written response to the question posed on the form.

Tagging another person ("a training buddy") in the comments is optional and is not itself an entry, nor a condition of entry. It may be taken into account as described in clause 5.2.

5. Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be determined by a judging panel comprising a representative of OzcorpK9, a representative of Limbo Gym, and (at the Promoter's discretion) an independent third judge.
  2. Each eligible entry's written response will be scored out of 10, as follows:
    • Genuine reason for entering — 4 points
    • Potential positive impact of the prize — 3 points
    • Commitment and motivation demonstrated — 2 points
    • Community spirit, including tagging a training buddy on the original post — 1 point
  3. The entry with the highest score will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the judging panel will select the entry demonstrating the strongest commitment to using the prize.
  4. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Prize

  1. The total prize pool has a combined approximate value of $400 AUD, made up of:
    • one (1) three (3) month membership to Limbo Gym, 24/7 access, valued at approximately $195; and
    • one (1) 18kg bag of premium dog food, supplied by OzcorpK9, valued at approximately $205.
  2. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
  3. The Limbo Gym membership is available to both new and existing Limbo Gym members. Existing members will have their current membership extended by three months; new members will receive a new three-month membership. Any joining fee, access card or induction cost not otherwise covered is the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise agreed between the Promoter and Co-Sponsor.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

  1. The winner will be contacted privately using the details provided on their entry form within 7 days of the Competition Period closing.
  2. The winner must respond within 48 hours of first contact to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
  3. If the winner does not respond in this time, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to instead award the prize to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.
  4. Once confirmed, the winner will have 14 days to activate or collect their prize, after which it may be forfeited.
  5. With the winner's consent, their first name and suburb may be announced publicly on the OzcorpK9 and Limbo Gym Facebook and Instagram pages.

8. Personal Information & Privacy

  1. Personal information collected as part of this Competition (including name, mobile number, email address and suburb) is collected, used and stored by OzcorpK9 in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  2. By entering, entrants acknowledge that their information will be shared between OzcorpK9 and Limbo Gym for the purpose of administering this Competition, including contacting the winner and arranging prize fulfilment.
  3. Entrants may separately opt in to receive future marketing communications from OzcorpK9 and/or Limbo Gym. This is optional and is not a condition of entry, and entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  4. Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting OzcorpK9 using the details in clause 11.

9. General Conditions

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  2. The Promoter and Co-Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected of fraud, tampering with the entry process, or otherwise breaching these Terms.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Competition Period, or cancel, suspend or amend this Competition in whole or part, where reasonably necessary to do so, subject to any applicable law.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Co-Sponsor and their associated businesses exclude all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Facebook & Instagram Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Information provided by entrants is provided to OzcorpK9 and Limbo Gym, not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
